Review on Eureka 61830B Premium HEPA Filter Upright HF5: Uncompromising Quality for Superior Cleaning by Richard Edwar

I ordered 2 of these filters for my HF-5 filter vacuum cleaner. It was made wrong so I didn't fit my Eureka Boss 4D Pet Fresh. The clips weren't bent properly so it wouldn't snap. At first they only sent me one, but I contacted them and they immediately sent a second one! When it didn't fit I emailed them (didn't give me a number to call) they gave me instructions on how to send it back. Paid 21 something for them and had to pay for return shipping ($8) and then they charged me a restocking fee ($4). Not very happy, emailed them again and all they said was that the restocking fee was charged. BUY NO MORE!
