i bought this diffuser to use with my travel hair dryer which was not included. I love it so much that I use it all the time. My travel dryer has 1875 watts but is very quiet. It's even quieter with this diffuser and dryer at low speeds. Most hotels have dryers and they are suitable for almost everyone. As a curly haired girl, I plan never to travel without it. The curved bowl of the blow dryer holds my long hair in place and saves me from trying to ruffle it with one hand and hold the blow dryer with the other. Less hand fatigue and better looking hair. I had no problem attaching it to my dryer and it stays securely on the dryer throughout the drying process (it works better than my other dryer and diffuser).
