I needed a good pair of earrings that I could wear all the time, transition from jeans to dress, comfortable for sleeping, not clingy or uncomfortable. I had them 24/7 with no problems. From day one I never realized they were inside. The backs are small, but by being patient and taking my time as if pressing on the backs, I worked with a cloth on a counter in case one of them fell off and was able to screw them into place. One caveat: if you screw them in too tight, the stylus will come out through the back. How should I know? I did it with the first one! LOL But it still doesn't bother me when I sleep. Posts are the perfect length. Bought a second spare pair just in case. The 18k white gold ball has a beautiful tone and shine. I have 5mm, but 4mm is good too. I wouldn't get any smaller.
