Amazing sling compared to leather. I like the extra features for Notches, Vtool, Vieners. I like powdered aluminum oxide and it really helps get a wire edge on carving knives, takes time on rocks, especially with a new knife you have to do it to properly cut wood and not snap it from bluntness. Knives are sharp from the factory, but not as sharp as with a wire blade. I'm not interested in wax sling mass because it turns out smooth and non-abrasive. I'm going to clean one of my leather straps and try a strength mix to see what results it gets on leather.
