Ordered a medium size. I have a small/medium sized face. And the environment was absolutely comfortable. If I were to order a small one, I know it would be too small for me. It says the mask os is 7.9 wide and 2.95 high. It's actually 7.75 inches wide (7 and 3/4 inches), which isn't a big deal. There is enough space in front of your mouth and nose so you don't feel like you're suffocating. The nose piece is flexible to frame the nose. The earhook is flexible and not tight. It's kind of a prize. $15 for 10 masks. It is ideal for long work shifts, airplane flights. 5 Stars.
