So my knee size was about 14.5 so I wasn't sure if I should choose medium or large. I took a chance and went big thinking I would have preferred them to be a little looser anyway. The larger ones feel right, a little firmer would be great, but they do an excellent job of compressing the joint. I noticed increased stability and an overall better knee response. I've recently noticed that my knees are a little sore and I have pain after squats, but so far it hasn't been a problem. Although I've only used it 3 times so far. This is an early review but it's looking good. I should give them a more accurate review in the future but first impressions are good.
