The Fish That Got Away: A Review of the Berkley Online Store

I must admit that as a frequent buyer from the Berkley online store, I'm dissatisfied. While their items may be cutting-edge and of the highest caliber, their customer service falls far short. Every time I've had a problem with an order, it's taken a very long time to receive a resolution. And let's not even talk about their shipping. Packages have occasionally arrived late, broken, or not at all. It appears that they are deploying carrier pigeons in place of shipping firms. Additionally, they charge higher costs, so you might anticipate better service. Their website is also a little difficult for me to browse and clumsy. It is like to trying to unravel a fishing line. And even when you do locate what you're looking for, it's sold out. In conclusion, although having some excellent products, Berkley is difficult to recommend due to their subpar delivery, customer support, and website design. Perhaps they should stick to fishing and let someone else handle the online store.

Pros
  • Superior assistance for clients
Cons
  • Website design has room for improvement.
