If you're looking for something that tastes like super sweet Starbucks tea, this isn't it. It doesn't taste terrible either. There's definitely an aftertaste from the sweetener, but it's boring. If you drink it neat (in water, almond milk, etc.) it will have some graininess, and if you drink it for too long it will settle out and you'll have to shake it again. Other than that, it wasn't lumpy, I didn't have to gulp to swallow it without gagging, and it has an excellent protein to calorie ratio.
