Individual bags must be labelled. I know the product photos are captioned, but I don't need to link to them or add the captions myself. One star deducted for that. Other issues I had were weak flavors and crushed herbs/flowers. The mint had no smell! It was supposed to be one of the strongest and most recognizable scents, but I couldn't smell it. Some of the more fragile products have been crushed and are unusable. The order came in a large ziploc bag with smaller pockets inside. There was no protection, so anyone who touched them during packaging and shipping could damage them. I was expecting some particularly fragile ones to be damaged, but a couple of pockets are literally covered in powder. Totally unsuitable for what I need them for. To recap: Pros: * Good selection * Fast shipping * Great price compared to competitors Cons: * No identification tags anywhere * Very faint odors if any * Some crushed almost to a powder If all were labeled and better protected, to reduce If the damage is not eliminated, I would give 5 stars even with a slight odor. The range and price are excellent.
