I love this skirt! Great fit! Elastic waistband. The tie is not functional but decorative. I got a lot of compliments on the first day! Wish it was a little longer to hit the knees. Hit just above the knees. If you have long legs, it will definitely be shorter. I usually wear medium sized women's clothing but I chose the size based on reviews. I have some room if I lose or gain a little weight and it still fits. For reference, I'm 5ft 5in, about 150lbs, women's size 8-10.
