Theoretically, I liked these plugs very much, but when assembling them, they didn't fit me. First, they are designed for waterproof LED strips. The contacts pierce the bar from behind, for this the mechanism needs a thick coating on the front. You'll also need to remove any tape near the connection to allow the pins to reach the LED pins. What I liked The wire side worked well and made a solid connection on the 20AWG wire very easily. No problem. Where this connector didn't suit me was on the side where the LEDs connect. The pins penetrate the LED strip from the back and through the contact track on the LED strip to the connector. The problem with this is that the hole it makes starts to lengthen and the contact then makes intermittent connections with each movement. That happened to me. I had a hard time making clear contact with each color. Maybe it's an installation error? Maybe. However, if you're going to place the LED in an area that moves or vibrates, I don't recommend it.
