HOW NOT TO RUIN THE PLASTIC AND PAPER INSERTS

Make sure you remove the key ring BEFORE sliding out the plastic and paper insert. They slide out the end that the ring is on. The plastic is thin and soft. It's not a super-hard sturdy plastic, but they work perfect for around the house. Simple and great product.
