Review on SILCA Latex Bike Inner Tube for 24-30mm Tires by James Wiley

I have been using Vitoria tubes for many years. I decided to try silk on a whim. The product looks good, honestly it looks like they could be made in the same factory. They look and feel the same. But paired with brand new tires (Pirelli P Zero) I have a Vitoria in the front and a Silca in the back and the Silca sags MUCH faster than the Vitoria. I use valve extenders and thought maybe I did a bad install so I pulled out the hose, removed the valve extenders, removed all the teflon tape and did the same with the valve core. Then reinstalled the teflon tape and everything to make sure I did a good job. It just gave the same result. The Silca tube loses air much faster than the Vitoria. Luckily I inflate my tires before every ride so I can ride for several hours. but the tube is clearly defective. Due to Amazon's return policy, I can't return it now. so although I may have gotten a bad whistle. without a replacement hose, I can only rate the product based on my experience. If my pipe weren't faulty I would rate this product a five star meaning you may be luckier than me and very happy with your purchase but personally I will go back to Vitoria.
