These cables are junk. I bought these to use with my astronomy cameras. When the first cable arrived I tried it and nothing worked. When using it, none of my cameras could be recognized, not my filter wheel, not even my flash drive. The included power cord was also used. So I sent it back and got a replacement. This time my cameras show up correctly but turn off randomly. This happened on multiple devices and multiple computer ports. Even when connected, the maximum frame rate was less than 1/3 of that without a cable. That means it's not even close to the cable with no loss of bandwidth.
