Worth every penny! I got it as a gift and couldn't be happier about it! I work outdoors in the southern heat and while this works better in lower humidity climates I can attest to the value of this product. The system easily attaches to an existing hydration pack, requires small tools (scissors or razor blade) to assemble, and is light enough to be carried in a backpack. The customer service from this company is more incredible than I could have been. ever expected. I needed to order a replacement for a part I had lost on the job and to make sure everything was working properly I received a call from the owner to make sure it was not missing from the unit that was sent to me. I could write about our amazing experience but what you need to know is that this product is great and the company's customer service and support is just as great if not better!
