This tarp is amazing. It will endure a lot. I've kept mine open all winter to keep out the wind and retain some of my heat while smoking (I know I know I need to quit). He endured a lot. I have experienced zero leaks. All ties are sewn very well and can withstand a lot. Unfortunately, where the sewing machine skipped a seam, there should be a pin hole along the seam line. My tarp tore right where the hole should have been. , along the seam. I was afraid that I would have problems with the 2-year guarantee against defects. I've had problems like this before with other companies that had similar warranties. Firstly, I received a response from the company within a day of sending the email. After a very simple confirmation of the damage process, during which a photo was taken to show the damage, a new tarp was sent to me and has already arrived. The turnaround time was less than a week from contact to receiving a new tarp in my hands. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a tarp or with a company's customer service.
