This DVD player is excellent. I hooked it up to my TV with an HDMI cable and plugged it in and it worked great. Most people don't even buy DVD players anymore because you can watch a lot of movies on TV for a small rental ($5.99-$8), but Red Box DVDs are only $1-$2, which is a lot is cheaper. I also use this for my exercise DVDs because you can't go to the gym during the winter months. The device is small, thin and stylish. It was also ranked as one of the best DVD players by the Consumer Guide. I highly recommended this.
