I received a computer designed for the UK not the US

. When I called Dell Technical Support I had to provide the Service Tag which is located on the bottom of the laptop. The center of the sticker says it's UK only. The touchpad kept turning off, as did the touchscreen. It was sent back the next morning as soon as UPS opened.
