I bought on May 8, 2021 and in July the main features were sporadic: the laptop would not turn on without being plugged in. The keyboard backlight also stopped working. These problems occurred just outside the reverse window. I am extremely angry!

. When I called Dell Technical Support I had to provide the Service Tag which is located on the bottom of the laptop. The center of the sticker says it's UK only. The touchpad kept turning off, as did the touchscreen. It was sent back the next morning as soon as UPS opened.

All in a high-end laptop. Except for the sound card. Excellent processor speed, I have 64GB RAB. 1TB SSD. the screen is very clear. Some complain that they can't read the keyboard, I'm not sure what they're talking about, I can read. I never expect laptop speakers to be very good. but I wasn't expecting to plug in headphones and get crappy sound. This computer is amazing. It starts very quickly and runs very quietly. It's fairly light but has some weight, but my last Dell laptop was 7 pounds! It is very easy to connect printers and other electronic devices. The graphics card is basic so upgrade it if you want more video editing etc.

At first the laptop told me that it couldn't 'recognize' the 'supply voltage' of the charger that came with the laptop, so it might not work. I really wanted to fall in love with this laptop, there is certainly something to fall in love with. But unfortunately I had to send it back, you just can't see the keys, even with the brightest backlight. Also, you can't just turn off the backlight from the keyboard, you need to restart the computer and configure it in the BIOS. It's really bad design.
