The buttons are not visible, I had to send back

I really wanted to fall in love with this laptop, there is certainly something to fall in love with. But unfortunately I had to send it back, you just can't see the keys, even with the brightest backlight. Also, you can't just turn off the backlight from the keyboard, you need to restart the computer and configure it in the BIOS. It's really bad design.
