Original review below. I had it for about a month and initially it did almost nothing, but I kept it because it was better than nothing. Now that's worse than nothing because the metal plate it sits on now sags onto the plastic frame when I place my laptop on it. This will block the laptop's air intakes and cause it to overheat! I'll be back. Size and tranquility are great. Airflow and construction leave a lot to be desired. The weight of my laptop pushes the screen down so it almost touches the plastic frame at the top. Fans barely pump enough air to make a difference. Since there aren't many options for larger laptops, I decided to keep it.
