I bought this pad mainly because it has three fans on top as my laptop vents are on the top of the laptop. The laptop's cooling pad looks thin, but it's actually not that thin. It has a height setting limitation where you can only have one height setting. The fans are quiet, but the airflow is very weak. This hardly affected the cooling of the laptop.
