We bought 2 of these and both broke within the first month. We even bought insurance, but that doesn't work until the manufacturer's warranty expires. The manufacturer warranty says you have to pay them $5.98 for the handling fee plus shipping. So why buy insurance if you can't use it and the manufacturer's warranty is rubbish because you're paying the same amount to buy a new watch. Also, making a warranty claim is almost impossible. Accutime Watch Corporation sucks and I would say they are far from their products.
