I ordered these as a low waste alternative to using cotton balls etc as makeup remover and facial cleanser. I used to use large washcloths in the past. While washcloths are great for keeping in your bathroom, they're usually too big for a quick eye makeup remover or wash. They also take up space when traveling, so I wanted something smaller, like these round placemats. Being 18 is great because I'm not always looking for clean ones. I packed them for my travels and the mesh bag they come in is great for travel too. I use it with either my face wash or my makeup remover micellar water and they both work. I was really impressed that after wiping the mascara off, it came off fairly easily just by rinsing off the pad (see photo). I haven't washed them in the washing machine yet. Overall I am happy and satisfied with the product. It is a cheap alternative to disposable waste at a reasonable price.
