The check-in process was easy to follow, simple, fast and efficient. The dashboard is very informative which made it easier to track our business processes as well as make changes when needed. I like how it can be customized; being able to add or remove items from certain sections of the dashboard (i.e. "Work Orders"). It would also be great if all the reports are customizable so that they could be shared with other team members. Being able to stay organized with such ease has been quite helpful in managing my tasks within the office.
