The software has allowed us to streamline our processes by creating automated schedules for each customer we service in addition to being able to create custom ones as well. It's easy enough that anyone can use it without having any prior experience or knowledge! The easy to use interface that allows you quickly input data into your project plan for multiple phases in one document makes this program so much easier than previous programs we have used over time! I wish there was more ways to customize my dashboard layout but it has been helpful at least during our startup phase as many people don't know exactly where to look or need help learning some features within the system.
