Description of Quick Bid

Quick Bid is a powerful bid building software, which empowers construction estimators to bid jobs in a fraction of the time and much more accurately than with manual methods. Quick Bid automates material takeoff, with current vendor pricing and labor costs. Amendments before bid day are easy. You don’t have to recalculate the entire bid, just the specific changes. The Bid Navigator or Bid Wizard has tabs for you to view equipment, labor, markups, and conditions. Quick bid organizes your estimates and packages them in a printable, professional report.

Great for Preparing Invoicing in One Quick Bid

I like that it's simple yet very efficient at finding bids quickly! My only dislike so far was having difficulty creating my own work orders through quickbid as they were not intuitively laid out - but this could be user error maybe? Definitely think about what would make adding custom fields easier/better (eg dates) rather then working around limitations when using built-in functionality.- getting ready invoices from multiple contracts into one document makes preparing our P3P reports SO EASY…

  • That once you have all your terms, conditions etc in place before submitting an offer via Quik bid is easy to do ! Very organized process for everyone involved.from procurement office manager right down until finalizing buyer & supplier agreements with post award documentation tracking capabilities which has made everything MUCH less complicated than ever previously anticipated

Great for keeping your construction projects tracked

I love that QB helps keep track of all my bids as well as keeps me organized during bidding process. It provides an interactive platform where i can quickly add new information to each project including subcontractor details. There isn't anything really wrong but there could be some minor issues. Sometimes when it opens up it does freeze and sometimes closes by itself without warning. Overall this program works great! Using qb we were able to speed up our biding procedures, create better…

QuickBid is great in many ways for construction estimators

I like that quickbid allows all my projects at once including subcontractors & suppliers so they can be updated easily without me having go through each one individually via our ERP system! It's nice being able use it outside work hours as well unlike some other apps out there (like ios) where if its not 100% open up again could lose connection - causing issues later when updating invoices etc It was simple enough that I could use it without training! Also my users loved how intuitive…
