I like that it is easy to use, no training required for anyone in our team because of its simplicity! It has helped us identify business trends as well as customer preferences which helps with marketing decisions we make at work every day so far nothing but positive feedback from all my colleagues who have used this tool since they came onboard last year (2 years).
