Wicky Wack - Tools for measuring and staking

I wanted to use this tool to level an amateur astronomy configuration. I don't want flimsy precision, I want a decent visual measurement of a bubble equidistant from two lines with a V-groove tool on the edge of the block and rod and at a couple of points. I don't see how this tool can be used with confidence by those who need to make ends meet. there must be a lot. The accuracy of a spirit level's horizontal bubble can be verified by comparing the bubble's position with all horizontal sides of the instrument. If the bubble is parallel on all sides, it must be even on each side, not just within the lines but at the same distance from them all the time. Bubbles with alternate angles that are long in the same visual plane as the horizontal bubble should be in the same spatial plane, which makes everyone agree with the horizontal bubble when the tool is oriented horizontally to show that side. With this tool, four bubbles run through the entire area from one line to the other. I'm also doing a final test on the end of my astronomical tool, but the neat cuts on the top and bottom of this tool would strip the paint off the surface. scratching this and the metal, as well as clogging the countertop and scratching something organic.
