The best thing about this product is that it has a lot of inbuilt features which can be used by any business regardless of its size. Some of its core HR features are not yet fully operational. Also, it is not very well known in the market. I would suggest to use this product in smaller companies as it is good for a startup with less resources. I use this product as a customer service manager and it helps me manage my time and customers very well. Also, it has a lot of features which are useful to the customer service department. Also, it is very easy to use. It is very simple and has excellent customer support.
