Just started using this as a breakfast food replacement this week and I love it! :) It took a bit of trial and error to figure out which milk would be best and how much powder to use, but I figured it out. At first I thought it was too chalky and thick with an odd taste, but on the second day I tried a different milk, Almond Vanilla, and started using a little less than half the powder in a scoop to create a hard, to avoid grainy taste. Taste. I think a lot of people should try using a little less powder and if the taste is too chocolatey for you, use flavored milk as a base! 5 STARS
