Great taste but I had to stop using it.
Tastes great, makes a thick tasty smoothie. I also noticed a lot of definition, took it and shaped it. However, I had to stop taking it. I've noticed my hair thinning as I use it. I did a little research and found that creatine can cause hair loss. That being said, I've heard that other people get two different protein powders and take them a few times a week. I've also heard that people use this for a few weeks and then go away for a few weeks.
