I like how they are able to understand our business needs, as well as provide solutions that fit within budget constraints while ensuring we get what we need/want from them! They have been very responsive when it comes time for implementation of new systems or enhancements; always willing to work with us in order to make things happen quickly (and efficiently). The only thing i dislike about this team at indutive minds so far has nothing directly related to their services - but rather my experience working alongside other employees who seem not be fully invested into making sure each task gets completed right away without any issues getting lost along the way. We needed help implementing an ERP system which would allow tracking all aspects of customer service interactions including sales leads received via phone calls / emails etc., allowing managers to easily track performance metrics such as average response times per call center agent over the past month period.
