I worked at W&C for 6 years as an associate, then 2 more after my partner left to start his own practice (which was very successful). The work culture of this place really helped me develop into who am now - someone capable both professionally but also socially! There were so many opportunities here- from learning how business works outside your field all day long while having fun doing it; working collaboratively across disciplines within projects/teams or even just hanging out over coffee together everyday during lunch break time etc.. It's not easy being away form home sometimes when you're living by yourself without any family support nearby... BUT there are always people around if needed which makes up part of what made us feel comfortable throughout our tenure.
