The first 2 photos were in how the box arrived now I don't know if it was the driver's fault but it was a day later. However, the product is actually good considering how damaged the box arrived. It says hard case, but it's a little soft. Haven't dropped it yet but so far I'm loving it. I also like that it has a pen holder and isn't difficult to get hold of. Something that annoys me a bit is that it leaves my fingerprints marked, which isn't a big deal. I spent $27 which is a lot cheaper than other brands but being a day late and damaging the box ruined it for me.
