Review on TNP 10ft IR Emitter Extension Cable - 3.5mm Jack Infrared Red Transmitter Blaster Blink πŸ”΄ Eye Wire Cord | Compatible with IR Repeater Extender System Kit, Xbox One (1 IR Eye Emitter) by Stacie Baker

Surprisingly just what I needed.

Very nicely done. The wire feels good (very flexible). The die-cast body at the mini-plug end is solid, with a decent anti-fatigue end on top. The device comes with 3 wires that power the interconnected emitters until they are very close to the emitter heads, but you simply separate them to split the wire where it works for your application. I'm pretty sure I have a non-standard use case. for that I will post the details in case anyone else searches for those keywords. For my application in my RV, I used an old IR repeater (RiverPark AVI-20 junction box) that uses RCA (phono) connectors to connect transmitters (aka transmitters or "blasters"). Apparently nobody in the known universe (including Riverpark) makes them anymore; Now everyone uses a 3.5mm mini plug like this one. So I bought an adapter (Monoprice 107180 RCA male to 3.5mm mono jack adapter) and these drivers. I fully expected this to fail miserably. Or at least connect "back" as the repeater expected (due to Murphy's Law) and have to rewire them. Amazing, it works *perfectly*!
