Bought this to help get through the pain of a broken wrist and subsequent surgery. The photos made it seem helpful to get enough sleep at night. it's not like this. it was anything but comfortable. Notice the rounded center of the edge where the elbow goes. This causes extreme discomfort in the shoulder when sleeping on your back. I really wanted to return it. As a last resort to use it so as not to waste my money as it is non-refundable, I tried it while sitting for a day. I found it much more comfortable but if the pictures didn't lead me to believe it was for bed rest I wouldn't be wasting my money. and as others have reported, it rips apart and is uncomfortable to put your sore swollen hand inside. You'd better buy some extra pillows. Also, like I said, I broke my wrist so I'm not good at exploiting that, I hunt and peck with one hand now. I don't usually try to write like E. Cummings.
