Despite what is stated in the product description, the formula of this toner has changed. For example, sodium hyaluronate is much further down the list of ingredients than it used to be. This may be normal, I'm still evaluating how my skin reacts to the new formula. I've had breakouts since starting a new bottle, but that may be due to other factors, the jury's out. However, the new bottle contains 20% LESS product at the same price as the previous version. PC has steadily increased prices for years, rarely offering discounts of more than 20% except for discontinued formulas that are on sale, but this is their most subtle price increase. I've always liked this brand, but these days they allow competitors to pop up around every corner. I have many other options for a good cruelty-free tonic these days, and after I've finished this bottle (maybe sooner if the pimples persist) I'll check them out.
