Review on 💜 HOT TOOLS Professional 1875W Turbo Ionic Dryer in Stylish Purple: Powerful and Efficient Hair Drying by Jeremy Lawrence

I used Helen of Troy products professionally for 32 years until I came across this dryer model. This year I passed 4 of them. The on/off switch is cheap and shorted out. One of these was only used 4 days, luckily I was able to return it for a refund. The other 3 were frying just outside the 30 day window so I called Elena Troyanskaya I would have to send them back to the company at my own expense and they would replace them with the same model. I explained that I don't need the same model and they would honor my request "after" I submitted it. So I informed them that I would just buy a better dryer from another brand and stop trading Elena of Troy. . They know those on/off switches are bad, but they don't seem too concerned to do anything about it.
