Worked wonders for a week or two. Water then started seeping out from under the block so upon inspection they saw that water was leaking to all the wiring inside the block. Stopped using it immediately and contacted customer service to resolve the issue. They immediately emailed back asking for product info like serial number etc and then disappeared for the last 4 weeks. I've tried several times to get in touch and haven't received a reply to date. I wish I'd even bought an extended warranty in hopes of getting customer service when needed, but they don't seem planning on responding any time soon. Would have been great AC if that leak was fixed.
