My cats haven’t used it yet, but I’m already so impressed by the thought put into the product. The box it comes in is convertible to a cat toy! They are loving it. I knocked off a star because it seems like the "bumper” that’s supposed to go around the top of the box seems too big, i can’t figure out how it would fit on from their instructions. But, i don’t think it’s a necessary component so it still works fine without it.

I discovered I have a high pee-er when I happened to be near her litter box and watched her pee. (Swear to God standing on her tippy toes wth?!?!). I own 3 Modkat Litter boxes of different sizes. I love them for their design and easy to clean nature and the inside liners. I would say the only issue i have had that i thought was just a fluke on the larger ones, is that the rubber feet tend to come off pretty easily. They are just poorly glued to the bottom. My cat will not use enclosed litter bins but has kicked litter over the low walls of any other open litter bin I've found. I love this litter box and the high wall attachment. My older can will pee standing up so I’ve had issues with other litter boxes in the past. Since the wall attachment is on the inside I don’t get a urine build up like in other ones. I did have to cut the height by about half an inch to fit into the bench their litter box goes into. I have a cat that barely crouches down to urinate. Most litterboxes don't have high enough sides. I have used a clear rubbermaid container without the lid and cut a hole in the front and that works ok but doesn't hold up. As a veterinarian, I know that cats don't like covered litterboxes, only people do, so I am always looking for something that works better. Finally a liter box that is perfect. I have two cats who love to decorate my floor with liter. The high walls prevent this. Love the box liner, makes scooping a breeze. Once a week I rinse the liner and I am good to go. BEST liter box EVER!

Other Modkat is better. Decent but kinda flimsy for the cost. Still a good system. I pair with disposable litter trays which works well. Just wish it had the sturdiness of the other Modkat.
