I'm always wary of proprietary products, especially when it comes to litter boxes. We've tried two or three others systems that just didn't work out for our high-peeers. They were easy to put together and the boxes turn into a fun toy for the cats! That was an awesome perk that our cats love. We bought two of these which were $$, but so far our cats love them. We've had them for a few months now and the only qualm I have with them is that the plastic guard doesn't like to stay put in the slots.

I've been struggling with my cat peeing over the litter box. Even tried a covered box and he somehow peed where it went between the top cover and the bottom box, so it went on the floor. Problem solved with this box! It's easy to clean and the reusable liner is great. The cat toy was a great added surprise, my cat loves it! Love this product!

I still like the open box. Easy to clean. But my larger cat must beat up on the connected plastic rim because it keeps falling off

If you have high peeing kitties.this is for you! No leaks between the layers and onto your floor! I gave it 4 stars only because I purchased the biggest one.and I wish it was bigger!

I love this cat litter box because I have cats that pee high. The normal ones where the tops just click together, I get pee outside of box. My cats are large, tall not the tiny 6 pounders but upwards of 12-20 pd cats. Why isn't this still available? I need 2 more!

The clear plastic around the top of the box looks like the boards around a hockey rink. Great for cats that can't keep everything contained inside. Keeps the area around the box cleaner. The bag/liner inside works well and is pretty heavy duty. Also like the little rubber mat for the outside at the entrance to the kitty LOO.Very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I’m struggling with this one. The plastic upper piece doesn’t stay on well because my cats seems to mess with it when they are burying in the box. They like to swipe higher than just inside the box for some reason and rarely actually cover anything. Also, it was packaged curled up so it’s taking a while to take shape around the box, and when it falls it can be difficult to put on since there are just the 3 clips.The packaging was well done, and there are instructions on how to put the pieces…

This is our third Modkat litter box, and I continue to be impressed with the quality and thoughtfulness of their designs.
