Review on Modkat Litter Tray, Includes Scoop And Reusable Liner - White by Dean Gomatham

My cat will not use enclosed litter bins but has kicked litter over the low walls of any other open litter bin I've found. I have bought and gotten rid of 5+ bins in the three years since i've adopted her because she always ends up making a big mess - or she eventually starts using the floor around it.My one critique to this is that the splash guard will not stay on without frequent readjusting. I check it once a day and often its hanging off on one side or my cats pulled it out of the clips. The clips just aren't tight enough to hold the plastic guard.
