I just love these shorts. I wanted something just comfortable to put on after work. These fit that area perfect. Yes I have walked in them and love them for that to. The pockets are great, they hold my I phone XR with a case on it and a pop socket. That is one reason I bought these shorts was the pockets. They are not tight fit on me at all and that is what I wanted something loose. They are not to short on me. Yes they are thinner material. I bought black so I can not say anything about being able to see through them. I am 5'2 and 114 pounds. I bought the small and I think this size is great for me but again I do not want them tight. I will be buying more of these.
