The plug was the opposite. I had to bend the pins on my phone to insert the connector. But so far it's working fine. Make sure red goes to red and to the other colored wire. A wrong connection can heat the battery and possibly burn down your house. The manufacturer or installer must restrain their head. Make sure that the battery does not get hot. If it's slightly warm after 24 hours of charging, everything is fine.
