Check who you are buying this item from! Avant Solutions sold me this monitor new at full price but it was refurbished/upgraded instead. The box was damaged inside and out. The monitor itself was already assembled and the protective layer removed. I contacted Avant Solutions and was disappointed with their response. They offered a 10% discount and after rejection they went dark, since then the ad has been deleted. I am returning my monitor and buying it from another seller. So double check who the seller is, if it's Avant Solutions don't buy from them. Why did I still give 5 stars? Because this is a review of the product, not the seller. The monitor is excellent. It's the right mix of size and density, meaning your apps will look crisp at a 4K resolution, while at a high resolution you can view two apps side-by-side (which is a problem on cheaper 32-inch 2K screens) . The monitor pairs well with the 2019 15-inch MacBookPro and charges it perfectly via a Thunderbolt USB cable. The speakers are pretty good. All in all, a great monitor if you can afford it (it's quite expensive at $700. A few cons: 1. The USB-C ports are on the back of the monitor, which isn't great, if you often need to connect a flash drive or other cables.2 .The monitor stand rises and falls and tilts, but you can't rotate it left/right.
