Was delighted with this device.

The appliance was supplied sealed although the instructions specifically state not to close the lid before inserting the batteries into the appliance. I repeat, the device came with the lid sealed and no release button. Now I have to return the device as the device does what it was designed to do. However, I would recommend that this product comes with an open lid or some sort of thin sheet that you remove first before opening.
