Pretty good at protective gear
Didn't like it when I opened it thought it was too flimsy to do much but after a few falls it did its job, landing hard on my shoulder but I don't feel anything, my shoulder was ok, there are better ones but not at this price, also i can wear it under my jersey if i want, i'm just saying it's better than it sounds.
