Doesn't work.: Hair chalk

I bought red and orange and they don't go together. I continued brushing, but none of the chalk paint transferred or stuck to my hair. I've tried it on my hair, my daughter's hair and even my husband's hair. $12 for two combs and they didn't even work! You don't have to go to a distribution center to return an item so I just threw them away. What a waste!
