Title and Description are misleading compared to the image. The product description says "Scientific Lab Meters," the title says "Cole-Parmer Contact Tachometer Linear Speed Wheel, 12" Diameter, and then the product image actually shows the entire tachometer. Buyer beware, this is only for you to note or be willing to return it if you feel the picture is the same as what you receive.
